• Please STOP uploading files if your parts are subject to ITAR or EAR. We also cannot quote and make parts that potentially (i.e. airsofts, toy guns) can be used in firearms.
• Please STOP uploading files, if your parts need an NDA.
• Please use CAD generated STEP files for CNC machining. We cannot quote and CNC machine STL files or translated STL files due to inaccuracies.
• We specialize in manufacturing individual parts, not assemblies. We do not offer assembly services or functional testing.
• Current customers can check the status of their orders on the old platform at https://partzpro-webapp.com.
• Customers with accounts on the old platform will need to create a new account to use the AI Assistant and get a quote.
