How to get a quote on partZpro and save on CNC machined parts

  • Sign up at our sign-up page. Our machine shops will use your email for DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis, and the platform will send the final quote to the email provided on this page.
  • Select a manufacturer based on the service they provide. Look for CNC machining services and select the country you want to order your parts from by clicking on 'Get An Instant Quote.'
  • Next, upload your 3D model file.
  • Then, on the customization page for your quote request, you can specify how you want your CNC machined parts to be made. Options include technology (CNC machining), material, quantity, surface finish, and color. You may also upload technical drawings for specific features like taps, threads, or inserts. If you require tighter tolerances than the standard, you can provide a 2D drawing with additional instructions. The platform updates the quote estimation based on the options you select.
  • You have the option to add a new part to your quote request or send your quote for the manufacturer's review.
  • Finally, enter your shipping information. The machine shop will use this information to calculate the shipping cost of your parts to any location in Southern California. Note that overseas manufacturers will calculate shipping based on two days of priority shipping.
  • Once the machine shop reviews your RFQ (Request for Quotation) within 24 hours, you will receive an email notification that your quote is ready. By clicking the 'Check My Quote' button, you will be directed to the login page to check your quote.
  • In the end, you can click the 'Place Order' button to finalize your order.
