1. During your next RFQ submission, navigate to the Customer Information tab.
2. Fill in your shipping and billing details as usual.
3. In the additional requirements notes box, simply input this information ONCE.

That's it! This intelligent feature will now prefill these details for all your future RFQs and orders. No more typing out the same address, contact person, or specific instructions repeatedly.

Important: Plan Ahead for China's Golden Week Holiday (Oct 1st - Oct 8th)

In other important news, please be aware that China will be observing its annual Golden Week public holiday from October 1st to October 8th.

What this means for you:

• Remote Quoting Possible: Our partner shops in China can still quote remotely during this period, though there might be a slight delay in response times.
• Order Processing: Orders placed during the holiday will be processed on a first-come, first-served basisimmediately after the holiday concludes.

Our Recommendation:

If you have urgent projects or need quotes processed without delay, we highly recommend submitting your RFQs today! Getting your quote in early will ensure it's at the front of the queue once normal operations resume.
